Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our online presence. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company’s brand, marketing, and sales goals.
    • Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor strategies.
  • Content Creation:

    • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, videos, and stories).
    • Collaborate with the design and photography teams for high-quality visuals that resonate with the audience.
  • Community Management:

    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a strong online community.
    • Engage with followers, influencers, and beauty enthusiasts to grow the brand organically.
  • Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
    • Partner with influencers and beauty bloggers for collaborations and promotions.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.
    • Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align social media efforts with promotions, launches, and events.
    • Coordinate with the e-commerce team to drive traffic and sales through social media platforms.

Qualification

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube).
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
  • Knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
