Social Media Manager
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our online presence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty industry, with a knack for content creation, storytelling, and analytics. You will oversee all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging, increased engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company’s brand, marketing, and sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor strategies.
Content Creation:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, videos, and stories).
- Collaborate with the design and photography teams for high-quality visuals that resonate with the audience.
Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a strong online community.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and beauty enthusiasts to grow the brand organically.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Partner with influencers and beauty bloggers for collaborations and promotions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align social media efforts with promotions, launches, and events.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to drive traffic and sales through social media platforms.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
- Knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
